Customer driven input prompted us to develop a seperate line of Buckeye buildings that maintains our structural superiority but features a simplified exterior & lesser price. Material costs are reduced by limiting the decorative overhangs, siding choices, roof pitch & customizations.
If you want the Buckeye standard of durabilty at minimal cost, the "Basic" Buckeye is perfect for you! We designed these to be in a price range everyone can afford without sacrificing the highest quality standards.
These feature the same unique floor system & door assembly as our top-of-the-line Buckeye Custom Buildings. The Basics are built with a tongue & groove floor with treated runners underneath every 24" on center in order to offer maximum strength. This floor system is strong enough to support your car!
We do not use any OSB (Particle board). The Basics are built with factory primed Duratemp plywood siding which makes painting a breeze. It has a rough sawn hardboard surface that resists dents, checks and cracks. Don't get Duratemp confused with the lesser quality siding used at the home improvement stores.

Delivery Methods: Basic Buckeye prices include installation on site for you, or Pre-builtDelivery (you must have yard access through a large gate opening & overhead clearance of powerlines). Basic Barns are not available in pre-fab kits.
